I have been working with Narcissistic emotion abuse and neglect survivors for over 8 years and understand that even the decision to come to therapy can feel like a betrayal. It is important to work at the pace of the individual and know that it is not a linear process. I understand that there are many layers to the dynamics and can help individuals work on setting boundaries, connecting to themselves, and finding their truths. While working in therapy, it is important to also honor that that there are many ways that the narcissistic relationship can damage self-esteem, worth and confidence and know there are times survivors can feel shame around things that have done while in survival mode. I provide supportive, nonjudgmental, environment to explore and be seen in their recovery process of narcissistic abuse. I offer group and individual for healing.
