My name is Ashley Bublitz and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I have worked approximately eight years in the field in a variety of settings (inpatient wards, jails, and now outpatient), most of which have allowed me to become intimately aware of personality disorders and the abuse often suffered by loved ones (family members, partners, and children). As such, helping those most vulnerable to this type of abuse has become a significant passion of mine.
I am a fairly laid back therapist and will never act as if I am the “expert” in the room. You are the expert of your own life and the goals you want to achieve. As such, it is important that you feel comfortable engaging and collaborating in the therapeutic process. I am there to help guide you in connecting with your emotions, thoughts, and ideas. My goal is to be present with you as you walk through painful areas of your life, learn to set and maintain boundaries, and reestablish attachment to the pieces of yourself that you thought you have lost.
