I’m a certified life coach and victim’s advocate.  My own journey and healing process drives my passion for providing supportive recovery and prevention services to individuals and organizations as they overcome the profound effects of highly toxic and narcissistic relationships.

I’m a married mom with three grown children and two dogs.  To relax I enjoy walking with friends, going on nature-filled road trips with my family, and paddleboarding.
