I help individuals break free from difficult and abusive relationships often found with narcissism and other toxic personalities. I also work with people who are struggling with Codependency and boundaries, to help them gain freedom in their lives and relationships. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for those suffering from PTSD and trauma caused from being in relationship with a Narcissist and other abuse issues from the client’s past. Additionally, I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help those who are struggling with difficult emotions such as found with Borderline Personality Disorder.
