Most mental health issues, at core, are caused by trauma. Trauma originates from many different types of experiences. Alcohol, drugs, over-eating, work-a-holism, shopping to excess, etc. are some of the ways can we use to suppress and/or over-ride these uncomfortable beliefs and feelings. You don’t need to continue suffering in this way – healing is available to you.
