As a culturally competent therapist with extensive international experience, I enjoy working with individuals and couples from all backgrounds. I specialize in relationship issues, family conflicts, and relational trauma.
My approach is warm, genuine, and compassionate. My trainings in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Method Couple Therapy allow me the flexibility and freedom to customize my approach based on my client’s needs.
I love helping my clients gain insight into their thoughts, unhelpful beliefs, and patterns that hold them back in life. Together, we can break those dysfunctional patterns, heal from past traumas. We can work on rebuilding healthy relationships with yourself and others. I provide sessions both in English and Turkish.
