As a culturally competent therapist with extensive international experience, I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds. I specialize in relationship issues, family conflicts, emotional abuse /narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
My approach is warm, genuine, and compassionate. My trainings in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couple Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy allow me the flexibility and freedom to customize my approach based on my client’s needs. I provide sessions both in English and Turkish.
