I am a licensed therapist (LMFT) and have a master’s degree in family systems therapy and another master’s degree in (behavioral) information design from Central Connecticut State University. I have a bachelor’s of fine arts degree from Syracuse University.
My expertise lies in empowering women to break free from the effects parental narcissism and those who struggle with the effects of having borderline parents ( I get it, I’ve been there, myself ), so they can live authentic, fulfilling lives and trust their intuition, so they can achieve a greater sense of calm, purpose, work/life balance and more meaningful relationships.
