Seeking clients who are ready to shift their lives away from the abusive cycles which occur with individuals who are personality disordered. Coaching is a passion of mine, as I was born with a desire to help others who are struggling. I am formerly trained as an empowerment coach. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and am currently finishing up a masters degree in clinical counseling. This is a lifelong endeavor for me because of my own life experience as a codependent who has lived through a 12 year marriage/divorce with a sociopath. In addition, a dysfunctional family dynamic, childhood abuse and other related toxic relationships. My clients find that I have keen insight into their challenges with a valuable system of recovery. These resources and tools are foundational but I also find that clients need an individualized approach based on where they are in the recovery process.
