Going through divorce is hard. Divorcing or separating from someone with a narcissistic personality is an entirely different kind of hell. The levels of betrayal, deceit, manipulation, and trauma are unparalleled. Not only do you have to deal with the nightmare of what you’ve been through, but you’re forced to rebuild your life while dealing with someone actively trying to destroy you. And if you have kids together, true coparenting is nonexistent despite your best intentions. Every interaction has an ulterior motive, and you don’t know who to trust. The Courts don’t seem to get it and the stress is taking its toll.  It’s exhausting!

I specialize in helping victims of infidelity and all forms of narcissistic abuse heal and live empowered lives. I work with my clients to cope with the constant chaos and trauma involved with divorcing or separating from a narcissist and handling post-separation life, parallel parenting, figuring out how to master “gray rock” and BIFF communication, healthy boundary setting, improving self-esteem, anxiety, depression, eating problems, negative body image, and more.

I’m a psychologist with 17+ years of experience, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, and an empath-in-recovery myself. I have advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy from the University of Oxford and Beck Institute. I work with folks to examine and change what they’ve learned about themselves so that they can create a healthy self-image and a meaningful life.

You can heal from toxic relationship trauma and unlearn the head trash you’ve been taught about yourself. I offer a free consultation if you want to chat about how I can help through individual and/or group therapy.
