I’m so glad you are here to begin your journey into positive change and healing. It is often through our relationships with others that we see ourselves reflected back. Issues of past emotional neglect and abandonment show up over and over again through our personal relationships, as we continually attract similar personalities that reinforce the original trauma and patterns. But it is possible to feel whole again by going inside yourself and learning to reprogram earlier messages about your self-worth.
As a therapist I have worked for many years with those seeking relief and coping strategies from being in highly-triggered emotional states that produce anxiety and keep us in a constant state of hyper-arousal and vigilance. I am an expert in divorce/co-parenting, narcissistic abuse, abandonment trauma and co-dependency. I have trained for many years in mind-body systems, incorporating wellness, breathe-work and meditation into therapy and coaching when appropriate. It is a privilege to be part of your journey.
