Lillian Chen M.S., NLC, CCHt

Hi there. If you are here, you are probably looking to help yourself through the nightmare of narcissistic abuse. I feel your struggle, and I would love to help, because I have been through it, and I have helped other victims. It is not fair that you have to go through the difficult journey to heal, but, despite the unfairness, I would like to help you discover the amazing you underneath the pain. You can heal. You can transform.

I am a Colorado Registered Psychotherapist, currently residing and working in Taipei, Taiwan. I help clients locally as well as long distantly, depending on your local regulations and the format of our collaboration. I provide therapy/counseling, coaching, hypnotherapy, and an integrated model of help. (I do not perform hypnosis on demand. Sorry.)

I speak three languages: English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese. I have written many narcissistic abuse articles in Traditional Chinese, available on my website. I have also written articles on CPTSD (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) on my site, as CPTSD is often the result of narc abuse, from which the victims need to heal. I also translated Pete Walker’s golden book “Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving: A Guide and Map for Recovering from Childhood Trauma,” which has been published. It is available in various languages. I highly recommend you reading the book for self healing work.

I encourage you working with a local professional whom you can meet in person, because I believe that in-person dynamic carries crucial, irreplaceable effectiveness. When it is not possible, I may be a long distance resource for you. Let’s see how I may help.
