Over 10 years ago I divorced a narcissist, and had to navigate that entire journey on my own. Back then, I had no idea what narcissism or codependency was, and to my great surprise, neither did my therapist. I was desperate to find someone that could not only educate me on the subject, but give me actual tools to thrive and become a better person. But back then, that kind of support didn’t exist like it does now. I had to do it on my own. After years of research, attending clinical workshops on narc/coda therapies, interviewing tons of experts on how to thrive after abuse, and adding a lot of spiritual modalities in between, my life changed for the better. Once I mastered these tools, I opened my coaching practice. Seven years and counting, I coach people all over the world, speak on the big stage, and have published a book, MAGIC Words: How to Get What You Want From a Narcissist (avail on this site).
