I spent 3 years in a relationship like many of you, living in a crazy environment, one of confusion, arguing, roller coaster behavior, gaslighting, love-bombing, attempts to control everything, ALL OF IT. After researching and trying to figure out what was happening and what crazy I was dealing with, it was revealed that I have married someone with high Narcissistic tendencies. I then had to accept that all of these behaviors caused emotional and mental abuse and I was determined to fight through it!

After much prayer, fasting, months of Narcissistic Abuse Recovery counseling, and communing with GOD more than I ever have before, I was in a place of healing and my purpose in life was presented to me, to be a Life Coach and help others through this, so a few months later I became a Certified Life Coach. Today, I am coaching people on resetting their lives and moving past this experience to live their best lives! I have facilitated support groups, small group talks, and developed a 3-month program to help move past the abuse. I want to educate the world on the evils of this and other personality disorders so that other non-deserving people are spared. We do not have to stay stuck in our trauma. The more we know, the better we are. I refused to allow someone to cause me hurt and pain for the rest of my life, and you can say no too! When you do not seek healing, that person still has control over you! TAKE IT BACK!!!
