I’ve been working in the field for over 20 years and have found the relationship between the therapist and the client to be at the heart of creating change and grwoth.  I work with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, relational struggles and many have a history of trauma.  This history of trauma has taken me down the road of relational abuse and narcissistic abuse and I work with many clients recovering from or trying to manage this relational dynamic.   This type of work can only be done in the framework of a warm and accepting therapeutic relationship.  I approach all my work through a trauma informed lense and an attachment framework.
