Together, we will work to help you find awareness and a deep understanding of your life and relationships up to this point. I approach therapy with the belief that our minds and bodies are extremely intuitive and that at our core, we know how to heal. I bring a keen awareness of the impact of emotional and psychological abuse, whether from a caregiver or partner, and how it can erode your own sense of self and intuition. I specialize in helping you identify subtle abuse, name the relational patterns/cycle, set firm boundaries, and rebuild your inner resilience and knowing.
I am a relational, psychodynamic therapist working with adult individuals. My work is informed by attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and is trauma-sensitive. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington.
