We believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. Clients often provide feedback that Dr. Patton’s warm, nonjudgmental, and direct approach to psychotherapy has allowed them to gain a new understanding, and acceptance of themselves which has allowed healing to finally begin. Although a clinical diagnosis will help provide a framework for an individual’s symptomatology and treatment approach, every person is unique and as such we will tailor your treatment and support based on your specific needs.
Dr. Patton’s clinical perspective is primarily psychodynamic in nature. Her clinical approach to client’s concerns is integrative and evidenced-based, often utilizing cognitive-behavioral, narrative, psychodynamic, and attachment-family systems techniques.
