Michelle Minette

Michelle specializes in helping people heal from narcissistic abuse and toxic relationships and empowering women to identify and assert their worth in all relationships. She also helps parents adjust their parenting techniques to the unique needs of their child(ren) or situation, which includes adjusting to conflict in the home, divorce, and issues related to narcissistic abuse.
During her doctoral studies in Psychology, Michelle actively pursued a broad range of training and educational opportunities in clinical and forensic psychology. This diverse background enabled her to gain a profound insight into how trauma influences and intersects with personality disorders. Michelle integrates principles of social justice, intersectionality, and cultural humility into her practice, fostering a nurturing environment for her clients. She holds the belief that behaviors, even those unwanted, once served a purpose, offering acceptance and validation as clients work towards aligning their perspectives and actions with their current life and aspirations.

Michelle offers an ongoing free support group every other week, Surviving Narcissistic Abuse Group (SNAG) that began in April 2021.
