I am a Certified Trauma Treatment Professional who specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I was one of the first graduates of the prestigious Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy Training Program at Columbia University. I frequently work with people who have a long history of trauma, including narcissistic abuse.
